This summer, Kohl's Department Stores are running a Facebook contest to give away $500,000 to a few schools across the country. (They will contribute a total of $10 million--$500,000 to each of twenty schools that receive the most votes during this Kohl's Cares promotion. Voting will end on September 3 and the rules state that each person 13 years of age or older can vote up to five times for their school!)
To a school like St. Francis Prep $500,000 would provide a real boost--to help renovate our facilities, to invest in technology, for scholarships, etc.
Therefore, if you have a Facebook page (or even if you don't have one you can sign-up for one on this site), please go to the Kohl's Cares Facebook application at http://apps.facebook.com/KohlsCares/search.
