For the Third year in a row, Prep's Student Congress Team has been awarded the Fr. Sean Ogle Award for the Best Student Congress Team in the diocese. Not only has Prep won this honor for three consecutive years, but we have also scored  thirty points higher than the second place team.

In addition to this great news, Prep also had two students qualify for National Championships, Matthew Kraljic '10 (who took 1st at the tournament) and Matthew O'Neale '09, as well as three students who will serve as alternates (Thea Reid '10, Rocco Capitini '12 and Sarika Singh '11.)

Prep already has qualified 8 students for state championships. With one tournament left, the group's moderator, Mrs. Haussermann believes that Prep will qualify even more for state championships.

"With all of their achievements and their hard work over the past few years, they truly deserve recognition and great praise!" Haussernann said.

The first place trophy and the "Ogle Award" were on display in the Faculty Lounge.

Congratulations to one and all!
