Dear Class of 1967:
I am writing to all the members of St. Francis Prep’s Class of 1967 in the hope that this 50th Anniversary celebration of your graduation is a memorable one indeed. Each member of the Class of 1967 is invited as our guest in honor of your 50th Anniversary. Additional reunion tickets are $60 per person if reserved in advance and $70 if you pay at the door. It will be held on Saturday evening, April 8th as part of the Alumni Spring Reunion and Hall of Fame induction at the Prep and the class will be presented with Golden Terrier Society Medals.
The evening begins with Mass in the auditorium at 6:00 P.M. and continues with dinner and your Class Reunion at 7:30 P.M. Register online OR call Brother Robert Kent at 718-423-8810 ext. 230.
Here’s another thought: Please help the Prep by giving whatever you can to foster the school’s mission to provide an outstanding, Catholic education in the Franciscan tradition for the students from all walks of life. With this in mind, I am hoping that the members of the Class of 1967 will make a special 50th Anniversary gift to establish he ’67 Fund at St. Francis Prep. This fund will be used to help needy students in the future.
So would you consider making a gift of $5, $10, or even $20 for each of the 50 years since your graduation? This would make a wonderful tribute and would also set a positive example for other 50th Anniversary classes in the future. Enclosed in a return envelope. Whatever you can give will be appreciated and will be included as part of your 50th Anniversary class gift. Thank you very much for your consideration.
What happens if you cannot attend? By request, I will gladly send a medal to any member of the class who cannot attend on April 8th. However, you must request one by phone, email or letter-whichever is most convenient for you. Medals will not be sent until after the Reunion celebration. I look forward to being with all of you on Saturday, April 8, 2017.
Please fill out the enclosed form and return it by March 24, 2017.
Brother Robert Kent, O.S.F., Alumni Director
